UKAP Group comprises UKAP Holdings Limited and UKAP Investments Limited, operating under a single investment mandate with governance and reporting led from London.
Group structure
UKAP Holdings Limited is the Group parent company, responsible for governance, capital structure, shareholder relations and the delivery of the 5-Year Strategic Plan (2025–2030).
UKAP Investments Limited is the Group's investment vehicle. It holds the Group's copper-backed TCu29 digital assets, issues corporate loan notes and will operate under a dedicated investment committee supporting active asset management and capital allocation.
Strategy
The Group's strategy is built on three commitments: unlocking the value held in the Group's copper assets through a structured, staged divestment; redeploying realised proceeds under a disciplined investment mandate; and creating a clear path to shareholder liquidity through a simplified capital structure and potential admission to a regulated private-share trading platform.
Governance
The Board is committed to raising the standard of investor communication. Secure portals now serve shareholders and loan noteholders, board updates are published through the news section of this site, and corporate filings can be reviewed at Companies House.
