The Shareholder Portal (portal.ukapgroup.co.uk) and the Loan Note Portal (loannoteportal.ukapgroup.co.uk) are restricted to registered holders. Access credentials are personal to you: you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us immediately at admin@ukapgroup.co.uk of any unauthorised use.

Use of the portals is additionally governed by the terms presented within each portal, which prevail over these Terms of Use in the event of any conflict in relation to portal services.
