The Group's strategic plan sets out the monetisation of its copper-backed digital assets, planned admission to Asset Match as an independent platform for trading private company shares, a targeted share repurchase programme contingent on successful divestment, disciplined redeployment of proceeds and the conversion of all preference shares into a single class of ordinary shares.
