The Group has launched a new dedicated shareholder portal, now live at portal.ukapgroup.co.uk, as part of its commitment to improving transparency and investor communication.
The platform provides shareholders with secure, real-time access to their holdings, including portfolio summaries, transaction history and share certificates. Users can view and download documents, generate and verify certificates, and manage their account details directly within the portal.
The portal has been designed to give shareholders greater visibility and control over their investment, with further enhancements to follow. A separate portal for loan noteholders remains on track for launch in Q3 2026.
